Announcement: Executive Director of the RMTAO

The Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO) Board of Directors would like to notify membership and stakeholders that Andrew Lewarne is no longer Executive Director and CEO of the RMTAO.


We’ve already had 3,800 supporters sign up to fight the HST on RMT services and we've set a goal to turn 3,800 supporters into 5,000 by Canada Day.

CMTA Launches RMT/ACT to Fight for Tax Exemption

The RMTAO, in conjunction with our partners in the Canadian Massage Therapist Alliance (CMTA), has launched a new website – www.RMTACT.ca.

Massage Therapy Regulated in PEI

Massage Therapy has been included as a Regulated Health Profession under the Prince Edward Island Regulated Health Professions Act. This means that individuals practicing massage therapy in PEI will, as of today, be considered regulated health professionals.

RMTAO Queen’s Park Day
