On April 9, 2018 Andrew Lewarne ED, RMTAO met with various MPPs, and with Spinal Cord Injury Ontario regarding ways to increase the access of Ontarians to massage therapy treatment.
Meetings with the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN), Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, and Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport
On March 6, 7 and 8, 2018, Andrew Lewarne, Executive Director and CEO of the RMTAO, met with various MPPs, Ministers, Critics, and staffers at Queen's Park to discuss the inclusion of massage therapy in the delivery of health care to Ontarians.
As a result of the meeting with John Fraser, MPP, on February 22, 2018, Andrew Lewarne, Executive Director and CEO of the RMTAO met with the President and CEO of Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) on March 9, 2018.
On February 22, 2018, RMTAO Executive Director Andrew Lewarne met with John Fraser, the Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care and the Member of Provincial Parliament for Ottawa South.
